    Great pictures

there was one or two round a lot last summer off the end of nimos peer. Was funny also couple of weeks ago the life boats were doing dingy training with lads jumping off the bridge in survival suits at Spanish arch and there was a big ass seal hanging about on the river watching it all in wonder

That was Galway RNLI Lifeboat, they were doing PIW (Person In Water) Training with Galway Fire Service, it was great to see from the Bridge at Jurys side & very lucky to have a Lifeboat Station in our City with a river as fast flowing as the River Corrib, I asked a Fire Crew Member & that's what was going on, also good to know that Galway Fire Service are also trained in Swift Water Rescue.

Galway desperately needs a dedicated dolphin lane.
