Tax on Employer Pension Contributions

Straight forward query. Currently I am maxing out my pensions contributions for my age bracket for tax relief (30-39), which is 20%. My employer is matching 2.5% of that i.e. 20% from me and 2.5% from my employer goes into my pension fund.

Is the 2.5% taxable given that I am above 20% or is this separate as it is coming directly from the employer?

If it is an occupational pension, it isn't included in the 20%
If it is a PRSA, then it is.
