There is a man outside my window whistling like a bird

I think he is a drug dealer, or a consumer of drugs.

His whistle is very distinctive, not unlike the pulsating squeak of the Great Tit calling his mate. So far, his mate has not appeared, only a couple of pigeons sidling suspiciously in the adjacent alleyway.

Is this some kind of drug-dealing behaviour, when you are trying to contact someone without a phone?

We've all heard the rude noise of the Junkie Telephone -- which is where you walk down Grafton Street screaming "Stellaaa, Stellaaaaaaaa", or whatever her name is, but this is a new one on me.

He's a street performing siffleur. Throw him some coins.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

It’s a bird disguised as a man, notorious drug dealers those pigeons.

Go down and see what he's selling.

I think its some sort of "I've got drugs to sell" call. Or they see cops coming.
