Pond filter bugs

Hi guys. I was cleaning my pond filter and found loads of bugs . They look similar to dragon flie larvi. Should take them out so they can flie away or what do I do. Thanks

If they are larvae then they can neither fly nor survive out of water. Put them back in the pond.
