Pond filter bugs

    Hi guys. I was cleaning my pond filter and found loads of bugs . They look similar to dragon flie larvi. Should take them out so they can flie away or what do I do. Thanks

    You might damage them if you try and remove them from there. Could you leave them there until they hatch?

    They were walking around. I want to keep them but was worried about them getting out of the filter into and into pond when they are ment to or is this how they work. They come out when they are ready. I can't put up photos for some reason
