How to recover SPC Connect username?

    I'm trying to reconnect to our Siemens alarm using SPC Connect, but can't remember (or find) the username details. Reset the password online using the security questions, but there's nothing about finding the username?

    Any ideas? Does the alarm installer usually keep the username details or how can I get this?

    If it's connected through the installer portal the installer should be able to get some details for you.
    If you have your own Spc Connect account you should be able to recover it from your email address and the security questions.
