Can I give my annual leave to colleagues?

Hi everyone, I won't be able to take all my annual leave before I finish up in my present role. There's simply too much organised to be able to do so but I actually like what I'm doing so I'm happy to do it. I was wondering if I could divide out the leave I can't take among my friends to give them a few extra days each?…

Hi everyone,

I won't be able to take all my annual leave before I finish up in my present role. There's simply too much organised to be able to do so but I actually like what I'm doing so I'm happy to do it.

I was wondering if I could divide out the leave I can't take among my friends to give them a few extra days each? Many of them are able to juggle their calendars properly and will be able to take the time without messing stuff up for everyone else.

I work in the public sector.
