Shame it will likely be a blight on the coast road!

Any large pub / small hotel with lots of parking is at risk. Brady's Castleknock, Belgard Inn, was floated about the Kilmardinny in Coolock etc etc

Pity to see Oscar's closing. Lovely staff always. Solid food options. But better alternatives in Malahide village. Pity it's turning into apartments but great spot for the new owners to live. https://www.dublinlive.ie/whats-on/food-drink-news/sad-day-dublin-famous-pub-16562874

Shame it's closing. Quite a lot of elderly/retirees would have used it regularly as it was good plain cooked food, and very good value. Not sure there are many alternatives in the same style tbh.
