Instant coffee

I'm not a big coffee drinker, one, maybe two max a day. I like fresh coffee from a barista machine, whenever I have to drink instant coffee, even the expensive stuff, I feel lousy after it. Does anybody else get this? I've read that the instant stuff is supposed to have a higher mould content.
