Will it fit a short action remmy 700 vssf2 as it has the Heavey barrel and I think it has aluminium beding block.

Should do. My barrel is fairly heavy and there's loads of space around it.

Has it got the aluminium bedding block in it or did you bed your rifle to it? Or is it bedded at all?
