Cap 2 Exam Prep Sessions

I’m just wondering does anyone know if the exam prep sessions are worth going to for the CAP 2 exams? I’m from the north and the sessions are held in Galway so it’ll be costly for me to go down to them as I’ll have to book in somewhere. I don’t mind going if theyre worthwhile. Does anyone have any idea if they’re worth it…
