welger 245 bale density

    Lads can a welger 245 baler lose its density as I'm baking today an the bales are not as hard as they should be baler set at number 9 out of maximum level 10

    Tillage neighbour here has one and he has the ability to make bales of straw that sag under their own weight with it anyway.

    Pull your horns in lad. Look back at the rass thread again and then come back and apologise as I did nothing wrong.

    Could be a maintenance issue. Bearing gone in a roller? Maybe just with short grass they’ll seem saggy anyway

    Sensor rubber block on one side was way off, got the baler tested today they put in new blocks and levelled up the tension on both sides hope twill be fine now
