We have self catering holiday in five star resort with one year old and loud workmen hammering on walls etc preventing him from sleeping. Have complained and will soon speak to property manager but wondering what my rights are here.

Depends on what time the noise is at

    Mod Note

This is more of a consumer issue than Accommodation & Property (residential).

Were you informed of work going on in the adjacent room/property? What did the manager say? Did you speak with the workmen?
