    Please PM us with your full name, contact number & the location of these barriers, and a member of our team will look into this for you.

    2. I am currently experiencing water quality issues with the supply to my cold kitchen tap. Can this be looked into please?

    Please PM us with the following information and a member of our team will look into this for you:

    - Your full name;
    - Your address;
    - Your contact number;
    - A description of your supply disruption; and
    - Are your neighbours also experiencing this?

    3.  I would like to extend my property however I have a manhole and public sewer in the way. I would like to get these removed from my garden. Can you help?

    If you have an Irish Water asset passing through your site, we would advise that you email the details of your proposed development and the approximate location of our asset to diversions@water.ie.

    For more information, please see here.

    4. I am undergoing some work at my house and wish to turn off the supply to my property from the mains. Is this possible?

    In order to turn off your supply from the public mains to your property, you can switch your supply off using the outside stop valve located in your meter box, if it is safe to do so.

    Once the works are complete you can turn back on your supply, as the outside stop valve is on publicly accessible land.
