2.25 Chester, Addeybb. Lay of the day for me at around 2.52 Unproven at 10f on soft. Did finish close up 3rd over 10f on standard. I'm sure it will go close today but I'm fairly sure it won't get home over the 10f on soft, even though it has won on soft. The interesting runner is Forest ranger but just the lay on Addeybb.

2.35 Ascot, Swift Wing. Second fav currently but I think this will bolt in. Around 6/4 in places.
Has the speed of Pivotal. Dam mediocre middle distance runner, won over 1m6f and second over 1m4f. Swift king has derby entry. Should be too good for the fav.

    Happy punting

My mugtastic Chester Cup Gumption Yankee.

1.50 Cold Stare - Dave O'Meara is on fire, he is smokin.

2.25 Success Days - Will love the ground

3.00 Aquarium - no run at Epsom last time. Goes on ground.

3.35 Mirsaale - I know, I know, I know, I know he hasn't a hope. But he will love the ground, has a lovely draw and is 66/1. There are only 7 horses in the race to have won on soft before. I am risking it for a biscuit. There are better horses in the race for sure.

Be careful, there is a lot of racing out there.

I am on Success Days as well, just to treble the jinx.

I also like Rail Dancer at 9/1 in the 7:10 at Wolverhampton.

In the 6:35 at Cork the racing post spotlight claim that on debut Camphor "ran excellent race from horrible draw". Ground breaking stuff considering it was a flag start.

There were 2 horses Rated 88 that day and Camphor beat them .

Normal to expect improvement from its first run but far from gaurenteed.
