    That's only useful during a power cut if you have internet on your mobile .

    It was the equivalent of a chocolate teapot during my last outage .

    Just annoyed that last time I had to ring up the ESB about a power cut they made it quite difficult to get information about time to fix it over the phone

    They seem to assume 100% smartphones
