Loft Arial for Saorview

Hiya,

According to the map, I am approx 6km from Three Rock Antenna. From upstairs, I can clearly see the antennae at the top of the mountain.

Anyway, I want to put up an antenna to catch Saorview. Can anyone recommend one that wont break the bank and is easily installed / setup.

A friend living in Celbridge has a loft fitted aerial, 15e in Powercity, signal from Three Rock, works fine.

Wideband uhf aerial is about €15. Just get the right one

I’m at least 85km from Cairn Hill and I get perfect reception on two TVs with one of those aerials lying on top of a box in the attic. If pointed the right direction it should work at 6km ( no guarantee lol)
