First Time Build Costs

    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give an educated opinion on this. I know it has been addressed before on several threads but many of them are outdated.

We have a site to build a home on. We have an architect who has agreeded to draw up plans FOC and the planning cost will also be taken care of. We're thinking roughly a 2600 sq ft house. To a reasonable standard in Wexford. The house is on flat ground, miniamal ground work to be carried out.

Anybody able to tell me roughly how much I should expect to budget for this build. Bearing in mind all of the blockwork and plastering will be done by ourselves.

    Thanks 😊
