    Hey,

Looking to get a drill test done for pyrite and a company that will issue a green cert. Does anyone have any recommendations Meath East / Dublin region, but some of them might travel due to the cost c.4-5k.
    Thanks

Hi, I see I asked the same question today! Did you have any luck finding a cheaper one? I got a quote of approx 2k(survey + geo testing). My place is in Kildare.

its not called a green cert anymore. its a damage risk categorisation. You will need to have one of the acredited engineers from the Pyrite register do a full survey on the house, get a company like IGSl to do the sample testing and from the survey and sampling the engineer can give you a risk category certificate.
