Hi, I need to get broadband but I currently dont have a landline or at least my line is been put on hold by Eir.
What companies do dongles. I tried ringing Vodafone but I cant ring those 1850 or 1890 numbers from my mobile as dont have credit.
Does anyone know where I can get mobile broadband without the use of a line as I just need it for a short time. It would need to be a provider that does a trial 14day money back, I'd probably have to order online for the 14day money back

If you have a smartphone, you could just use it's hotspot.

I'm using my smartphone data and hotspot but I'm running out of data as there is programs that I want to stream. I've added extra data to my phone but there is only so.much per month that you can add on.

A three PAYG phone SIM will give unlimited data for 20 euro for 28 days.

Another option is eir broadband SIM, 30 euro for 50GB for 30 days

The Three option is a PAYG phone SIM that you get in a shop and then get a 20 euro top up. Put the SIM in your phone and use hotspot in the same way as currently.

If you ring three they will try to sell a broadband SIM which isn't unlimited, despite what they call it. The PAYG phone SIM is unlimited but you'd need to check coverage and speed at peak to see if it's usable.
