Sealing concrete floor

    Hi All,

    I got a concrete base done for a new shed thats going in at the end of the month. The day after the base was laid it rained causing to the concrete top layer to dry with a powdery finish.

    Before I put the shed on top is there a quick solution to sealing the concrete to stop this getting worse ?
