Size of plastic fitting

Image attached is a pipe from a treatment unit. 20mm pipe with fitting to an elbow. The elbow and male part of fitting ended up in the bottom of the tank (don't ask how ;( ). Can anyone one guess the size of the fitting by the thread size 32mm. Image attached
