Have to do a repair on a friends 'Stone Cladding' as some has fallen off at the bottom because whoever did it put timber at bottom to support the first row and now it's rotten what's the best adhesive for the job, any hints.?

I'm not a huge fan of Gorilla - I find that unless the join is near perfect the gap filling is a bit meh.

I like "sticks like sh*t" - haven't tried it on stone but its worked everywhere else. In the same vein I find Gripfill OKish.
