Client paying for MIC of 350 KVA

    From Energia Bill: summer

15 minute KVA Maximum Demand 75 KVA
15 Minute KW Maximum Demand 75 KVT.
    Average PF:1.00

    From Energia Bill: winter

15 minute KVA Maximum Demand 83 KVA
15 Minute KW Maximum Demand 83 KVT.
    Average PF:1.00

I have 5 years 15 minute kW data.

What data is required to see if 100 KVA MIC would be OK?
No future plans for expansion/increased load.
    Thanks as always.

Load profile historical data, but it looks like you have that in abundance.

All you need to do is see if you have exceeded 100 kVA and it would seem that you haven't.

Even if you do it once or twice, it can be worth your while taking the penalty ( if enforced )
