Hello, has anyone been to Ireland's eye this year?

Last time I went, last year, many areas of the northern end of the island were "cordoned", I assume due to nesting birds. However as a result between that and understandably vicious gbb gulls that part was impossible to explore (that part is where the most interesting cliffs are).

Does anyone know the situation this year?
