ebay international shipping & Pitney Bowes

    My most recent purchase from ebay was shipped by the seller using ebay international priority shipping, which I understand is managed by Pitney Bowes for ebay. The package was scanned in on 22 April and a tracking number provided, but there is no updates since on the tracker. I contacted the seller who said he will follow up with the couriers but haven't heard anything back.

    Just wondering about other people's experience with ebay international shipping? How long do you have to wait before putting in a claim if the package doesn't arrive?

    3-4 weeks, sometimes even more until you get it. The worst thing ebay ever implemented IMO.

    The package arrived at a Geodis warehouse in the UK and then disappeared, so seller is going to claim on insurance to repay me. This ebay global shipping program is rubbish. It was probably stolen.
