Monzo Alternative?

One of the features that Monzo offers that I find very appealing is this "rounding up" thing which helps you save easily: https://monzo.com/blog/2019/05/01/save-little-and-often/ Unfortunately they're not in the Irish market, but I was wondering if any of the online banks that are offer a similar service?
