Hello I'm hoping to buy soon and I'm wondering could anyone here recommend a good proactive solicitor for property conveyancing, preferably in Dublin 3 or the city centre? I've heard a few stories at work where people have had poor solicitors when they bought their home. Especially ones who would drag things out for ages…
