OnePlus 3 not turning on or charging

    My phone until morning was all good and working fine. In the morning, I started seeing the silent option popping up on screen again and again. Then I felt it was sluggish and thought of rebooting. But after the reboot, I am unable to boot it back. It had 40 % battery at that time so it's not a battery drain problem.

    Current issue: Not able to see charging light or any sign of charging on the screen. The screen is just black.
    Volume down button is not working.

    Is there a way I can connect this to my MacBook and forcefully boot?
    Is it advisable to take this phone to mobile shops around ILac mall in city center Dublin?
