howto join a new wall to existing externally insulated house

I have to build a kitchen extension
problem is the house was built about 10 years ago in a fancy german Poroton clay block with 100mm rigid board external insulation, mesh, acrylic render finish.

I see lads retrofitting this external insulation stuff all the time now but nobody seems to know how to extend an existing building made like the one I have to deal with...except I keep getting told "don't touch it!"

experience tells me that hanging basic things off these walls isn't as simple as drilling a hole & fitting normal anchor/screws & require fancy chemical bond type stuff....so I'm wondering how do I even attach my new walls to it?!

anyone with experience of this stuff that could throw me some advice appreciated
