Anyone ever have any issues with CarPlay just stopping working out of the blue? I connected it to my car this morning, worked perfectly. Stopped at shop, took phone, came back to car and it has refused to connect ever since. Has been working for months with no issue before this.

The cable itself is fine, it's a relatively new official Apple cable.

Hard to know what's stopping it, is it the car, is it the phone?

I'm guessing you've tried a reboot of the phone. and failing that maybe deleting the pairing of bluetooth to your car's infotainment system.

Try: Settings > General > Carplay > My Car > Forget this car

It appears to have just magically started to work again...

I tried resetting the car, resetting the phone and rebooting the phone about 10 times earlier to no avail. Came back a few hours later and it just worked.
