    Hey guys

    I'm building my own house next year and trying to figure out how much it will cost.

    Just trying to get a rough idea of prices off tradesmen for each part of the build?

    The house is a standard 4 bed dormer bungalow block build. A slate roof and rendered exterior and skim interior.

    Any ball park figures for labour and materials would be much appreciated.
