20sqm extension cost

    Hello we are going to build a extension
    we have planning approved for it 20sqm
    basically its the back garden from the kitchen door all the way to the back garden rear wall
    side access as we are an end house and now we are ready to proceed I am looking at getting a idea what it will cost without fitout
    any guide price appreciated :)

    Just completed a 40m2 extension in Galway. Pieced builders initially and they were all around 80k. I went direct labour and Brough it in for around 55k.
