Total long shot re Screen Capture....

On Saturday, I uploaded a .pdf to a website.

    I didn’t receive a confirmation email - I wasn’t supposed to.

I logged out and logged back in to be sure the file was there. It was.

I have now been told they never received the file.

I haven’t used the computer since. Is there a way I could still get a screen capture (I was using Firefox) of the page I saw when I logged in to confirm that the file was there?

    Thanks.

    D.

You on a PC? Ctrl + Print Screen takes a screen grab which you can paste into something like Paint

It might still be in your cache if you log in again.

But, it won’t be in Firefox cache, no?

    Thanks.

It might do if you don't have Firefox set to autodelete the cache. Have you managed to log back in yet?

Was it a time sensitive upload? Could you not just do it again?

Is there a chance you uploaded the files but didn't click save?

    Thanks all.

Was allowed to log in again.

    Sorted.
