Cheap soil ph meters

    I see cheap soil meters for sale on eBay and the likes. Anyone have one ? Are they any good ? Would be handy to have one in your pocket and test whenever you wanted without having to wait for results

    I "had" one till I broke it.
    So I won't recommend any particular brand. It was just one of those cheap garden centre types.
    But from the soil lab results it was fairly accurate.

    I'd definitely recommend getting one as it'll focus your mind on soil pH and will show up the bad areas in need of attention.

    I have one too...same as above. I always doubted it's reliability but never tested it.
