Can anyone recommend someone to trim some birch trees? Probably 30ft plus in height.

Any reason you waited until spring/early summer to do this? Any way you could wait til winter?

Pruning of birch is ok in the spring/summer. They'll bleed a little but that won't cause any harm to them. In fact late summer is probably better tbh.
