Thanks for your post.

Yes, you can request to increase this through the Ask a Question option in the Service Desk when logged on to www.365online.com or by calling us on 0818365365. When the limit is changed on a debit card, the cardholder will need to reactivate the card at an ATM showing the Visa symbol.
