    Hi

I have an Enigma2 running on an Amiko for years with a 500GB external drive. However the system cant see the external drive properly any more. When I do df I get below but from HD Manager it looks like the pic attached and the external drive looks connected. However the box wont record to the external drive. I've reinstalled Enigma and reformatted the external drive to no avail.

    Any help appreciated

Thanks, I had formatted it to ext3 in Windows and thought this would suffice but seemingly not. I partitioned and formatted it in Spark to ext3 and all is good now. :)

formatting to ext 3 is tricky at times

open atv works with ntfs - but ext 3 is quicker
