Married for 13 years, separed for more than 5 years but during those years few attempts of reconciliation and we finally living apart since August last year,he wants the divorce so do I, but he is living in Belfast and wants a quick divorce and introducing the petition there,I want to have mediation,is possible if my kids and me are not living on Belfast to me to obtaining the mediation there?I want to have not only a verbal agreement with him there is so much things we are not agreeing, luckily no debts or mortgage together.
I don't know if I could get any legal advice (free) if the divorce is not here in Ireland
Me and kids living in Dublin

I wouldn't do anything in Belfast until you have maintainence and access sorted out first here in Ireland.
