Newcross popped up in my tracker. He got no run in a handicap back last summer in Ballybritt when checked twice before running on late to just fail. Contested 2 of the big handicaps after that without landing a serious blow but still ran respectable races. The 2nd fav union gap gave the fred winter winner a run so is worthy opponent. Still, back down in class today he’s top weight and should be able account for this lot 5/1 Navan 5:15. GL

He was in my tracker too BD, but in the end I went for Strange Notions in that race. Been running well over jumps and I was able to get 16s with Ladbrokes this morning.
On the downside it was the first time I ever got the “our traders are reviewing this” with them and that’s usually the beginning of the end for an account. :(

I backed him last twice so if he fails today he will be dumped from my tracker. He needs to weave through the field so could hit trouble again. It’s the last time I’m backing him regardless of result. I see where your coming from on strange notions if you’d posted before me I may not have had a bet at all :pac:
