Found this in some pound-shop, can't remember which one. Orange box, seems to be the classic tube-into-bottle type of hair colour. All for the princely sum of €1.50 Says Wellaton, and most of the writing on package is in Russian script. Has anyone ever used it? The instructions are very sketchy. Damp hair? Dry hair? Crusty…
