Try connect using WPS push button?

If all else fails you could try homeplugs

I know there are some known issues with Virgin and a new software update try using a wired connection and see if the same problem persists.

I have Virgin and we have an LG TV in the kids room and we have the exact same problem. Just stopped connecting one day.

WPS push didn't work but WPS pin worked once but failed thereafter.

Wondering if anyone got it sorted?

    Was it still connected today?

That worked one night but never worked again.

Never use those things. They cause interference to other users of the RF spectrum.

No complaints from anyone when I've used them.

I have the same issue as all the above and just gave up -

I tried this and it worked for a while maybe it might be better for other users.

    1. Connect TV to your phone hot spot (It will connect straight away).
    2. Change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8.
    3. Try reconnecting it to your Virgin Hub.

I just went with the home plugs in the end.
