How do I send a PM to a mod?

    I have been advised to send a PM to a mod. How do I do this from a phone? I have tried to to post this, but am having difficulty.

    Make a racist post, threaten a user with physical violence or something similar and if you wait a little while a mod will PM you and then you can reply that way.
