Hi, Just trying to get my iol.ie accounts set up with blacknight. I did opt in etc at the time and got a confirmatory e-mail. I have two iol.ie accounts and the passwords of neither are being accepted when trying to connect via web mail and when trying to setup on Outlook ! What is the password recovery process? Cheers bg
