Improved motorway network

These are some improvements that I would suggest to the Irish motorway network. If there are any issues with my proposal please say.

    1. The M50 would be widened to four lanes and an Eastern Bypass would be built. A Junction 8 would also be constructed to facilitate an extended M7.
    2. The M1 would be widened to three lanes from Junction 4 to the Boyne Bridge.
    3. The M2 would be extended from the M50 (currently there is a three-carriageway road designated as the N2 running from the M50) to Derry. There would be a three-lane section running to the N33 in Ardee, bypassing dangerous sections of the current N2 such as Slane. The remainder of the route would be a two-lane motorway with a bypass of Emyvale and Aughnacloy.
    4. The M3 would run from the M50 to Ballyshannon, a three-lane section to Navan and from there a two-lane motorway to Ballyshannon, bypassing all the towns on the current N3 route.
    5. The M4 would be three lanes to the junction with the M6 and from there to the N5 junction the M4 would be two lanes. Any towns on the current route would be bypassed.
    6. The N5 would be upgraded to the M5 and it would be a two-lane motorway along it's entire route, with any towns on the current route being bypassed.
    7. The M6 would be three lanes to Junction 4 and from there on it would be a two-lane motorway.
    8. The M7 would be extended to the M50 at Junction 8 and would be three lanes from there to the M8.
    9. The M8 would remain as is.
    10. The M9 would remain as is.
    11. The M11 would be three lanes leaving Dublin and then two lanes going through Glen of the Downs, then three lanes to Gorey and then two lanes to Wexford town.
    12. The M17 would be widened to three lanes.
    13. The M18 would be there lanes from Ennis services to the M17.
    14. The M20 would remain as is.
    15. To complete these plans for motorways in the Six Counties:

Well this is an impressively odd plan, Kermit.de.frog levels of building motorways around Dublin, but ignoring the need for an M20 between Cork and Limerick? And spending money on Widening a lightly used (and just built!) motorway instead of on the road north of Tuam which could see far more benefit from it?

EDIT: Just seen the suggestion of Motorway for the N3 all the way to Ballyshannon! I assume this plan includes capturing the section of Northern Ireland that breaks up the N3 so you can continue your Motorway clinging to the edge of a major lake (and all the environmental headaches that would entail)?

This must be a wind up given M17, M18 and M20 suggestions. A poor one at that.

All we need is another 10 million people to generate the traffic necessary to use all of that capacity.
