    Hi All

I am hoping someone may be able to give me some guidance.
I am applying from planning on a family owed site. Family live in the area etc.
I have been leaving in Dublin for the past 12 years (albeit I have been actively involved in local community etc and have and do visit home regularly.

Would I still be ok for local needs requirements? I had changed my Bank statements to the city address only last year. Alot of my correspondence Medical, Credit Union, eflow would be addressed to the home address.

In terms of Bank statements how long do you need to go back in terms of applying.

    Thanks in advance

    :):)

most local authorities have very prescriptive definitions of what is needed to comply with, and prove, local need.

it depends on the local authority, the zoning of the area, ifs its an SAC etc
