payment not received

    Hi,
    I made a payment to my ptsb mortgage on their website but it has not reached my ptsb account mortgage. the payment was on the 29th March and I have a ref number SUCCESS BI5875. The money left my Bank of Ireland Account  but never reached my ptsb account. I have phoned them and they told me to contact yourselves to see if there is a hold on it.
    Can you tell me who I need to phone.
