    Hi there

A gym won't let you use their facilities.

My advice to you is to use a hotel lobby bathroom (obviously different to the hotel you're interviewing at) as it'll be clean and a decent size.

    Good luck in the interview.

Do you want to have a shower before the interview? If there is a swimming pool nearby you could go there for a shower (pay for the swim If needs be).
If you just want to change you could use a hotel lobby toilets as already suggested, or a big shop such as Debenhams who often have clean customer toilets.
    Good luck with the interview.

I got the job so I'm happy with that, just want to ask for some feed back in relation to overnights, what's the best way to deal with your body clock and changes etc.. I'll be working from midnight to 7am think it's 5 days (not in a row) what time during the day should I sleep?

    thanks
