I’m in my mid 40’s & have some arthritis most noticeable in my back and feet. No pain thankfully but feel very stiff at times. I recently tried mor epa & they upset my stomach, maybe too potent, not too sure? Do have very weak digestion. Before I go out spending can someone recommend a good brand, not too expensive also. Thanks

I think they tried MorEpa. I use plant based Udo's Oil capsules, not cheap, but you could try the oil itself, as it's much cheaper, in salads etc. I'd also recommend you take it. D as it's thought now that lack of Vit. D can contribute to a wide range of autoimmune conditions.

With regard to Vit D, apparently its not necessarily the case that supplementation is the solution.
A search for 'Dr Trevor Marshall' on Pubmed and Youtube will turn up one of the lines of thought.

Just shows I didn't read it properly!
