4m, folding, chain type Harrow, with 4 rows of spikey things and a few levelling bars, galvanised, hydraulics not a priority...
What would be a good one

Jarmet are grand. They are a simple machine so by looking at them you should see any differences in strength of metal used

What are you getting it for Keppalive if you don't mind me asking?

I have some fields, that are a bit mossy, and there is a bot of dead grass in them. So I think a chain harrow would do a good job on them...

But, once they are done once, do people continue to use them after this?

I suppose, I can definitely see use for one, for one season. But, I don't know whether they would continue to be useful after this?

Scattering out cow s****, pulling out moss and dead grass. I'd say it's a thing I'd use every year as land is not the best.

Great job on paddocks during May scatters out the ding pads. As well for reseeding after a disc harrow levels the whole field. It also will set barley after a disc harrow you just speed seed with a spinner and use harrow to cover. Used to use it in undersowing to grass seed.

To be honest Bass, I dont do much reseeding, so wouldn't have much call for it. Altho could be useful for the GLAS WBC...

Also - only have sheep, so dungpads not an issue...

But, do have some moss in some fields, and that alone is making me consider it...
